OWNER
Stephen Paul Campos is the owner of Senor Campos Salsa. He worked for his father Art Campos who owned Campos Foods and Senor Campos Restaurants in the Central Valley of California.
He started working for Campos Foods at the age of fourteen. Campos Foods manufactured corn and flour tortillas and distributed them to major grocery store chains and restaurants.        Stephen learned at a young age about his love of Mexican food and restaurant operations.
In 1967 he joined the Army and was sent to fight in Vietnam with the 199th Light Infantry Brigade during the most horrific times of the Vietnam War.
After the war he returned home and worked for his father again in operations. He owned and operated three Senor Campos Restaurants but in 1982 he hit rock bottom that almost took his life.
One night on the verge of insanity he had a spiritual awakening that completely transformed his life.
His love and respect for his father and a deep passion for the delicious Senor Campos Mexican recipes was the driving factor that helped him start Senor Campos Salsa.

All his books are filled with nuggets of truth, wisdom and encouragement and many contain his personal experiences.
